excellent stay with a few minor issues

The room featured an amazing city view which made every morning special and the staff was incredibly attentive, always greeting us with a smile. The pool area was clean and inviting providing a nice retreat from the city hustle.

The check-in process felt a bit slow amidst the excitement.

Exceptional room, exceptional breakfast, with a huge and handsome atmosphere complemented by comfortable linens, and featuring an impressive variety of options at the breakfast buffet with at least eight stations. conveniently located just a short walk from the Airport Rail Link Phaya Thai Station.

Nothing to fault.

We stayed in a Superior Panorama room and absolutely loved it! The views from our room were stunning, and the swimming pools offered a perfect spot to relax while enjoying the city skyline. The staff were wonderfully friendly, making us feel at home right away. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of vegetarian options, and we appreciated the quick access to the Skytrain for exploring Bangkok.

I only stayed one night, but the huge breakfast room was a standout with a ton of options, and the really comfy bed made it hard to get up! I loved the outdoor swimming pool and the cozy spa lounge for relaxation. Just a heads up, some folks in the breakfast area could use a little help with English communication, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊

easy access to vibrant attractions and excellent park views

I particularly enjoyed how conveniently close this hotel was to both the beautiful Queen Savang Vadhana Museum, which is only a 10-minute walk away, and the bustling Siam Paragon shopping center, just around 2.5 km away, making my weekend city strolls both relaxing and exciting. the staff was incredibly professional and hospitable, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay.

i had a fantastic stay at eastin! the gym is incredible, the biggest and best equipped i've ever seen. the breakfast buffet was a highlight, especially the eggs-on-demand and the chef's pad see ew. location was perfect, connected to the overhead bridge for easy access.

The hotel boasts stylish interiors and a fantastic breakfast buffet. Housekeeping was consistently on point, ensuring everything was spotless. Unfortunately, check-in took far too long, and the air conditioning was overly cold, making indoor comfort a challenge. Still, the location was great and accessible.

The toilet doors are not very private, almost see-through!!! The app could be improved for those less tech-savvy, making it a bit overwhelming to navigate!!!

The hotel’s infinity pool on the 22nd floor provided an epic view of the skyline! The location made commuting super easy via BTS and Airport Link, and the lobby was beautifully decorated. Plus, there were two impressive swimming pools to chill at.

Felt like in a fairy, nothing too much trouble.
